Board of Directors & Staff

The
Board of Directors is made up of nine to eleven members, elected by the
membership, to oversee the operations and direction of the exchange. The
board meets the third Thursday of each month and all members are encouraged
to participate and attend the meetings even if not serving on the board.
Elections for open seats are in November of each year, for two-year terms.
